Precision manufacturing
A key advantage is the minimization of production steps. Multi-layer electronics are manufactured in a single cycle, reducing the process to two main operations: ink application and curing. As a result, finished components are produced in record time.
Production takes place in ISO 7 cleanrooms, guaranteeing minimal contamination and the highest quality of electronic components. High-performance, specialized lines offer maximum flexibility with 7 printing stages in a single cycle and interlayer accuracy of <100 µm. Utilizing rotary screen printing, flexographic printing, and slot-die coating, we achieve precise results complemented by comprehensive finishing options such as punching, die-cutting, and laminating.
Contract Manufacturing
The use of high-performance Roll-to-Roll printing technology enables the production of over 20 kilometers of electronics per shift, guaranteeing stable high-volume supplies at competitive prices. System MultiMoS
MultiMoS consists of advanced, ultra-thin wireless sensors designed for cost-effective real-time data collection, even in the most confined spaces. Thanks to its configurable architecture, the system allows simultaneous measurement of multiple parameters (e.g., pressure and temperature), providing high-quality input for Physical AI algorithms.
